Ingredients:
8 oz de of salmon carpaccio
Small baguette bread
1oz of fresh dill
Yummus® Original
1/4 cup of olive oil
Instructions:
Cut the baguette bread in 2 cm slices, spread half a table spoon of olive oil on top of each bread and lightly toast them.
Spread a spoonful of Yummus® Original or Chile Cobanero Limón on top of each baguette slice and add a slice of salmon on top.
Place some dill on top of each salmon slice.
