Yummus® Tahini energy balls

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup Yummus® Tahini 
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats 
- 1/4 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut 
- 2 tbsp honey 
- 1/4 cup chica seeds 
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips 
Instructions:
- Measure out all ingredients and toss into a large bowl. 
- Use a hand-mixer, KitchenAid mixer, or just get dirty and mix it all together with your hands. 
- Shape the mixture into one inch balls and refrigerate for a couple hours {or better yet, overnight}. 
- This recipe makes approximately 16 balls or 8 servings {2 balls per serving}
