Yummus® Veggie Rolls

Portions: 15 Rolls+


  • 1 big zucchini

  • 1 medium cucumber

  • 1 big carrot zanahoria

  • 6 olive oil cured sun dried tomatoes

  • 2 avocados

  • 1/4 of a cabbage

  • 1/2 cup of arugula

  • Yummus Original®

Preparation :

  1. Cut the zuchini in thick long strips by pressing hard with a peeler. Getting the longest strips possible.

  2. Peel and cut the cucumber, carrots, cabbage and avocado in strips.

  3. Make sure to leave squared strip endings so it stays standing later.

  4. Lay the zucchini strips and spread Yummus® hummus in it. Aline the strips of cucumber, carrots, cabbage and avocado on top.

  5. Make sure the one side of the strip, which will be the bottom to have all ingredients alined and on only 1/5 of the zucchini where you will start rolling.

  6. Roll it over from the side where the vegetables are.

  7. Enjoy and share the Yummus® experience!

+ Extra Ingredients (For true foodies)

Add a little of sesame seed oil and black sesame seeds on top.
